My crop protection documentation has disappeared

If crop protection documentation is no longer visible in the app, this is often due to a caching error. This means that data cannot be retrieved correctly from the cache.

Solution:

Follow these steps to rectify the error and make the data visible again:

  1. Open your crop protection documentation under Field index -> Crop protection.
  2. Click on "All vineyards" at the top right.
  3. Click on "All vineyards" again.

This will trigger a reload of the app. After these steps, all crop protection entries should be visible again.

Additional information:

  • If the problem persists, please check your internet connection.
  • Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
  • Contact support if the problem is not resolved despite these steps.
