It is currently not possible to download stroke data directly via the user interface. However, if you Shape data (stroke limits and information), we can provide you with these manually in the JSON format to make them available.
Simply send us a short message via the support chat or an email to [email protected] with the note that you need your stroke data as a JSON file. We will then take care of the export.
Please note:
In individual cases, there may be a short waiting time - for example, if the person responsible is not available. In such cases, we will inform you transparently about the expected time of availability.
