Payment failed: How can I add a new payment method?

If your payment failed due to the payment method chosen, you can add a new payment method.

To add a new payment method, go to your PC and click on Settings -> Billing. There you can click the button in the top right Change payment method Click and then on Add payment method, to deposit a new payment method. You must then click on “Subscribe with payment obligation” again to complete the process.
