Conclude a trial period or subscription - why this is only possible in the browser

Problem

Would you like to extend your trial period or make changes to your subscription - but it doesn't work via the app?

Explanation

For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to manage your subscription directly via the mobile app (iOS or Android). The app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) impose restrictions that severely limit subscription management within the app.

Solution

Please therefore use the Browser version our platform to manage your subscription or extend your trial period.

This is how it works:

  1. Open a browser on your computer (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
  2. Go to our website and log in with your access data.
  3. Navigate via a Click on your profile picture on the right to the area Upgrade.
  4. You can take out your subscription there.

You can also extend the test phase 10 days before your 30-day test phase expires. You can find out more here:

Hint

All subscription adjustments, such as plan changes, payment details or trial period extensions, are only possible via the web version.
