How and when can I reach you?

You can always reach us Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm via one of the following routes:

  1. Support Chat (test phase and from Pro licence)
  2. Mail (test phase and from Pro licence)
  3. Telephone (test phase and from premium licence)

Support Chat 💬

The easiest way to contact us is via our support chat, as not only one person will read your message, but the whole team will be informed about your message. You can find the support chat at the bottom right of your browser (green circle).

In the app, you can access the support chat by clicking on your Profile picture and then click on Support.

Mail 📧

Alternatively, you can also send us an e-mail to [email protected] send. Here too, several people will receive your message and reply promptly.

Phone 📞

If you are in a paid version or within the test phase, you can also reach us by phone at +49 551-28879544.
