How and when can I reach you?

You can always reach us Monday - Friday from 9 am - 6 pm via one of the following routes:

  1. Support Chat
  2. Mail
  3. Telephone (test phase + paid versions)

Support Chat 💬

The easiest way to contact us is via our support chat, as not only one person will read your message, but the whole team will be informed about your message. You can find the support chat at the bottom right of your browser (green circle).

In the app, you can access the support chat via the green question mark at the top right.

Mail 📧

Alternatively, you can also send us an e-mail to [email protected] send. Here too, several people will receive your message and reply promptly.

Phone 📞

If you are in a paid version or within the test phase, you can also reach us by telephone. A support number will be sent to you after your registration. If you have not received an email, please contact us using one of the methods described above.
