From 1 January 2026 extended requirements apply to the documentation of plant protection measures. In addition to the previous information, the following information must also be recorded:
- Authorisation number of the plant protection product
- EPPO code of the treated culture
- Clear area allocation (e.g. IACS number / GPS coordinate)
- Size of the treated area
- Type of application (e.g. outdoor, protected)
- BBCH stageif prescribed
- Time of applicationif required by conditions
The aim is to Fully digital, structured and traceable documentation. A subsequent obligation to machine-readable documentation (e.g. for authorities) is planned.
