Live mode allows you and your team to track who is currently where and analyse working times and routes travelled retrospectively. You can use the live mode with planned tasks<\/a> or start directly without pre-planned tasks. In this article, we describe how you can start live mode, what the individual symbols in live mode mean and where you can view the trackings afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important: The live mode requires your current location<\/strong>. So remember to share your location with the app, otherwise the live mode will not work.

Tasks & live mode \ud83d\udd17<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can only start live mode on a mobile device, i.e. a tablet or smartphone. To get started, navigate to the main menu item \"Overview\". Now click on the \"Start work\" button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that tasks that are to be linked to live mode must be set to the status \"Active<\/strong>\" are set. Only then will the tasks be visible to all persons who have been assigned to them. Click on the green play button at the top right to start tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wish, you can also record the times for other users who do not have access to VineForecast themselves. To do this, simply select the relevant employees from the list after clicking on the play button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are in live mode, you can also see during tracking how many other employees you are currently recording for. You can recognise this by the red number on your profile picture \/ initials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you click on your profile picture \/ initials, a window will open in which you can add further employees or end the recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the black Stop button<\/strong> you can end the recording. Important: This does not automatically complete the work on the entire task, but merely ends the live tracking for you and all employees for whom you are recording. This function is usually used when the working day ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The blue Pause button<\/strong> stops the time recording for the moment. This is usually used for lunch breaks or similar breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start live mode without a task \u23f1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you want to start live mode without a pre-planned task, first click on the button again Start work<\/em><\/strong>. Unless you have a task with the status Active<\/strong> with VineForecast, the view should now look like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you can choose from a list of different work types. If you are missing work types, simply create one under Templates<\/a> own work types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have a active<\/strong> task in VineForecast, but would still like to track a different type of work, you can easily switch between the two views described. Simply swipe to the left or right to switch between the tasks and work types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overview of active and terminated trackings \ud83d\udcca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can get an overview of all active and terminated trackings by clicking on Management -> Live mode<\/em><\/strong> go. Here you can see who was busy with what work and when.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data records that have a start and end time are already finished. If only the start time and, instead of an end, a \"Now<\/strong>\" is visible, tracking is still active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select one of the saved data records in the sidebar to view the route you have travelled again. Once you have selected a data record, you can also switch between the history and list display. The History<\/strong> shows you when tracking was started, paused and stopped. The List<\/strong> on the other hand, shows the information Time in the vineyard<\/strong> and coverage. The coverage is displayed as a percentage and shows how much % of the impact area has actually been travelled. This allows you to quickly determine whether the impact was actually processed or whether it was just a pass, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also view the location of people who are currently in live mode on the map. You can also open the active tracking of this person by simply clicking on the circle that marks the location of this person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also view the trackings in the task assigned to them. To do this, go to Management -> Tasks<\/strong><\/em>. Select the desired task for which you want to view the tracking.
