VineForecast offers the function <strong>\"Archive plots\"<\/strong> on. This function is particularly useful in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Linked data available:<\/strong> If data such as crop protection measures are already linked to a field, you should archive the field instead of deleting it. This is because deleting a field also deletes all associated data records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Future utilisation:<\/strong> If you have a fallow land in the system after an area import that you would like to plant in the future, archiving makes sense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leased land:<\/strong> If you have land under lease that you may farm yourself again, you should archive it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to archive a plot<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Navigate:<\/strong> Go to <strong><em>Settings -&gt; Strikes.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Show list:<\/strong> In the list on the right, you will see two symbols behind each beat name: a rubbish bin (delete beat) and a box with an arrow pointing downwards (archive beat).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Archive:<\/strong> Click on the \"Archive plot\" icon.
