However, if you <strong>Shape data<\/strong> (stroke limits and information), we can provide you with these manually in the <strong>JSON format<\/strong> to make them available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simply send us a short message via the support chat or an email to <a href=\"mailto:support@vineforecast.com\">support@vineforecast.com<\/a> with the note that you need your stroke data as a JSON file. We will then take care of the export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note:<br>In individual cases, there may be a short waiting time - for example, if the person responsible is not available.
