{"id":939,"date":"2026-03-13T17:10:32","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T16:10:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.vineforecast.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=939"},"modified":"2026-03-16T17:47:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T16:47:22","slug":"verbrauchsmittel","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.vineforecast.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/consumables\/","title":{"rendered":"Create consumables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In VineForecast you can <strong>Deposit consumables<\/strong> and these are subsequently <strong>Plant protection documentation<\/strong> or with <strong>Plant protection tasks<\/strong> reuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumables include, for example<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plant protection products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wetting agent or adhesive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foliar fertiliser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and other means defined by yourself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So that you can <strong>Create plant protection documentation about a task<\/strong>must be at least <strong>a consumable must be available in your database<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add consumables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can buy consumables at <strong>Settings \u2192 Consumables<\/strong> create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>Settings \u2192 Consumables<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the top right on <strong>\"Add consumables\"<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A window opens with all <strong>authorised plant protection products for your country<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for the desired product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the last column, click on <strong>\"Add this product\"<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The product is then <strong>including all relevant information<\/strong> (e.g. authorisation number) is stored in your database and can be used in documentation or tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Available databases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plant protection product databases are currently available for the following countries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Germany<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Austria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switzerland<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Belgium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>France<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luxembourg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Netherlands<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>United Kingdom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add additional consumables manually<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The product list contains <strong>only products classified as plant protection products are indicated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you <strong>Other consumables<\/strong> (e.g. wetting agent, adhesion agent or foliar fertiliser), you can add these <strong>Create manually<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>\"Add consumables\"<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select in the top right window <strong>\"Add consumables manually\"<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the desired information about the product and save it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The manually created consumable is then also available to you for <strong>Plant protection tasks and documentation<\/strong> available.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can store consumables in VineForecast and then reuse them in the crop protection documentation or for crop protection tasks.
